I was in the market for better gas mileage and hopefully a lower payment as well.  I have a Hyundai Santa Fe to trade.  I was looking at a 2011 Elantra on the internet and noticed it was a rental from the CarFax.  I called and talked to Emilly in sales.  I asked her about if she knew anyone had smoked in the car.  She could of done the typical salesperson thing and told me no just to get me in the door.  She honestly told me she had been in it and she was not sure but it had an odor in it.  The fact she was honest got me in the door.  I did not like the car and I do think the odor was from smoking.  So this car was out.  

Emilly and I talked about a better seat which the new 2013 Elantra Limited has an electric seat.  I decided it would not hurt to test drive.  The Elantra Limited has a much better seat that was much more comfortable.  ( I am a bigger guy) We were able to reach a good price and I was really impressed with Emilly and her ability to make my car buying experience very enjoyable.  I had a very good experience with the dealership as well.  They got the car ready for me even though it was late Saturday afternoon and Emilly waited with me until it had been detailed and delivered.-Dennis
