We were casually looking at trading our old Tucson for a new one and showed up at Inver Grove Hyundai without an appointment. Mike Parr greeted us when we walked in and we started the conversation. Even though he knew we might not be seriously looking he spared no effort to show us exactly what's new for the 2013 Tucson. We even took it for a ride. We left and he followed up the next day with further information. There was never any pressure, just great service. We, in the end, decided to do the trade-in, and the experience thereafter was equally great. The paperwork was a breeze and Mike again showed us everything we wanted to know with the car.
