I was currently not driving a Sonata. I really wanted to return to being a Sonata owner. I had purchased a Kia Forte about two years ago. My experience at the Kia dealership was dreadful. I was lied to, even when we asked that the process be sped up we spent over three hours completing paperwork, with the business agent getting up and leaving and returning to the office.My husband offered to go out and start the process of looking for a new Sonata. I told John I was unwilling to repeat the Kia experience.Not only did we not repeat it we left IG Hyundai so pleased. Hanahy Mahmound, our salesperson and Jessica Braun, our business manager were great. I am driving a beautiful new Sonata. Our request to keep our closing to a particular time limit so I could keep a work appointment was graciously honored. Hanafy set my phone up, explained all the great features in the car and offered help anytime I mihgt need it.Friends, family and work associates have all heard about our positive, professional experience.
