I was recently the victim of a hit and run accident and was forced much to my dismay to purchase a new vehicle because my car was totalled. I was not at all in the market for a new car and really didn't know what I wanted or where to start looking. I had shopped around several other dealerships before visiting Inver Grove and was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the extreme pressure to buy a car I was not at all interested in. My experience with Steve was exactly the opposite. He was patient, friendly and extremly sympathetic to my situation, and I truly felt like he was concerned with helping me find the right car for me. I voiced my discouragement with other dealerships, and Steve really tried and succeeded in making the car buying process less painful and unpleasant than my previous encounters. I'm very pleased with my new car and I truly appreciate the hard work and great care in which my needs were handled.-Tina
